The South Bay Youth Orchestra has been providing an exciting and rewarding musical outlet to young orchestral musicians throughout the South Bay for over a decade.  Orchestra members, who range in age from eight to eighteen, have performed alongside such renowned artists as Hawaiian ukulele master Jake Shimabukuro, Grammy nominee Keali’i Reichel, Grammy Award winner Daniel Ho, the Kelly Irish Dancers, Yesterday: A Tribute to the Beatles, the Presidio Brass, Grammy Award winning fiddle artist Richard Greene, and the South Bay String Quartet.  The organization, led by full-time El Camino College faculty member, Dr. Patrick Schulz, and violinist/conductor, Cosima Luther, is a part of the Community Education Program at El Camino College.
